Simple Reports: Autofiltering for Is Deleted?

Bug Description
Currently, in the Simple Reporter, you have to manually add the Is Deleted filter. We would like to see it automatically added in applicable report templates.
For example, if someone selects the Patron or Collection report template, the Is Deleted Filter should be added, with option to remove it if they do not wish to use it.

Elizabeth, just to clarify, are you suggesting that the "is deleted" filter be set to "false" by default in applicable templates?
