Simple Reports: Autofiltering for Is Deleted?

Bug Description

Currently, in the Simple Reporter, you have to manually add the Is Deleted filter. We would like to see it automatically added in applicable report templates.

For example, if someone selects the Patron or Collection report template, the Is Deleted Filter should be added, with option to remove it if they do not wish to use it.

Experienced in 3.9.2

Beth- it could be, but just having it automatically added to the filters might be helpful.

I was working off notes from the reports committee meeting, so perhaps I misunderstood the desired functionality.
