Bug Description
Currently, SPARK libraries use and rely heavily on the Statistical Categories to record and track Municipality data of their patrons. It’s used heavily in reporting to stakeholders and since it’s down at the bottom of the registration form, it tends to not get updated when patrons have a change of address. In Pennsylvania, counties are broken up into smaller municipal units (they are unfortunately not contiguous with zip codes), which often provide funding to libraries, and so libraries need to track this data for each patron.
We would like to propose the addition of a Municipality Field in the Address block.
We see this working possibly a few ways:
1. Autopopulate a drop-down list based on the zip code entered.
2. Autopopulate a drop-down list based on the county entered.
3. Autopopulate a drop-down list based on an org unit the patron is being registered at.
