As noted in comment 15 on bug 1999158, its modal for editing a setting can look like the heading was duplicated by mistake when the settings label and description are the same: https:/
This isn't actually different behavior from the AngularJS library settings editor, but we could consider a couple options for improvement:
Idea 1: Add a (HTML) label for the description field in the modal.
Idea 2: Don't display the description field if it is the same as the (setting type) label.
