Stacked buttons in fund details modal

Bug Description

On staff/admin/acq/funds, click a fund name. In the Fund Details modal that appears, the two blue buttons ("Create Allocation" and "Transfer Money") are stacked, where they should be side by side.

This is probably a leftover glitch from the Bootstrap 5 upgrade. Branch coming up.
