No Option to Show More Copies for Some Libraries in Library Group

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Library Group

Add Libraries to Group

Refresh services and apache if needed

Find a bib record where one library has more than 10 copies and the other libraries have less than 10 each.

Go to the OPAC for the library with >10 copies.
Search for that bib record with Library set to the library group name.
Look at the details for that bib- notice the copy table contains items from libraries in the group and that you can show more/next

In a different browser tab/window:
Go to the OPAC for one of the libraries that has less than 10 copies attached to the same bib record
Search for that bib record with Library set to the library group name
Look at the details for that bib- notice the copy table contains items from libraries in the group but you cannot show more/next and are limited to 10 results.

Expected:
That all of the libraries in the group would be able to see all of the copies available

Can confirm that we are experiencing this in 3.9.2.
