With the Angular splash page, it'd be great to have an option in the Staff Portal Page screen to allow certain links to open in a new tab. We did have this option in the tt.2 splash before but it was hard coded.

One way to do this is to use an Entry Type of "Text and/or HTML" and then place the html link in the Entry Text with a blank target.

For example, <a href="https://google.com" target="_blank">Google</a>

I was able to duplicate Garry's suggestion, where:

Entry Label = blank
Entry Type = Text and/or HTML
Entry Target URL = blank
Entry Text = <a href="https://docs.evergreen-ils.org/eg/docs/latest/shared/about_this_documentation.html" target="_blank">Evergreen Documentation</a>
Entry Image = /images/portal/book.png

Results in a pretty consistent looking link that opens in a new tab.

As a minor quibble, it looks like the text is top aligned with the icon, rather than middle aligned as the other elements.
