Bug Description
Steps to recreate:
1. In the Library Settings Editor, set "Allow record emailing without login" to true for the organization that owns your OPAC.
2. Log out of Evergreen.
3. In Firefox, search for your favorite record in the catalog.
4. Open the record page.
5. Press the "Email record" page.
6. Notice that there is an arithmetic problem to solve.
7. Right click on the input next to the arithmetic problem.
8. Select "Inspect Accessibility Properties"
9. Note that the "entry" node where you are meant to enter the answer has no accessible name. The expected behavior is that this node would have the math problem itself as the accessible name.
