Consider deprecating the ahopl IDL class

The ahopl / "Hold On Pull List" IDL class was used by the Dojo and AngularJS hold pull lists. However, there is no longer any direct use of that class, as the Angular hold pull list uses a different query mechanism.

Consequently, ahopl should be considered for deprecation and removal (which would also imply removing the code for the AngularJS and Dojo pull lists).

A reason not to deprecate would be the potential use of ahopl by reports.
