Checkin Modifiers are not "sticky" in the Capture Holds Screen

Using Evergreen Version 3-9-1, staff have noticed that the use of Checkin Modifiers in the Capture Holds Screen are not “sticky”. When selecting checkin modifiers for use in the Check In Screen, staff must manually deselect selected modifiers when they are no longer needed. They are “sticky” remaining selected after staff navigate to other areas of the staff client or log out of their Evergreen sessions. This is different than the checkin modifiers in the Capture Holds Screen as selected modifier are automatically removed when staff navigate to another area in the staff client(unless creating a new tab) or log out of their sessions. The only Checkin Modifier that remains sticky in the Capture Hold Screen is the Auto-Print Hold and Transit Slips modifier as it is a default setting. Although Bug 1982012 discusses the relevance of the Capture Hold Screen, some staff perform workflows that reference the Capture Holds Screen which the presence of “sticky” checkin modifiers would be helpful.

Tested in 3.10, and all Capture Holds checkin modifiers, except for Update Inventory, were sticky for me whether I navigated to other pages within the staff client or logged out and back in.

Tested this in 3.10 and 3.9 and concur with Susan's findings. In both the Checkin and Capture Holds interfaces, the checkin modifiers were sticky for me with the exception, as Susan notes, of Update Inventory. Suppress Holds and Transits also does not appear (appropriately) in Capture Holds.

Capture Holds interface always turns on Auto-Print Hold and Transit Slips, but also respects the selected checkin modifiers from the Checkin screen (with the exception of Update Inventory).

Noting that the checkin modifiers are workstation settings, so different workstation will have separate settings for checkin modifiers.
