Bug Description

The ability to change the context of settings to stick to workstation, user and/or org unit was introduced with bug 1750894 in 3.2. See the release notes:

I wasn't entirely sure if this would be the best page to place this info in, but the formatting would be my final submission for review.

I'm also unsure why the table of contents is listing as is. If there is any guidance to how to correct that, please let me know!
