Bug Description

EG 3.9+

Active carousels display automatically in the OPAC. But my consortium would like to make carousels available for use via the API by third parties (e.g. on library websites) without necessarily displaying them in the OPAC. I think they should be displayed by default, but there should be a setting in config.tt2 that lets you hide them.

Agree, but I think it would be better to have a flag on each carousel so that they can be set individually through the interface.
