Wishlist: No pressure staff holds

I often need to place a hold on an item so that I can do something like update a spine label, check the catalog record, add a sticker, etc. I hate to place a hold which will prevent a patron from renewing the item when I just need it whenever, but having to check back to see if these items have been returned is a time waster.

I would love to be able to place a "No pressure" hold, which wouldn't prevent renewals but which would route the item to me when it eventually makes its way back to the library.
