Bug Description

Spinning this off from bug 1999636

Evergreen 3.9

When applying an item template in the angular holdings editor that includes values for statistical categories, there is no indication that the stat cat fields have been changed by the template.

Attaching a screenshot. Shelving Location, Price and the ARIS (CONS) statistical category were all changed when the template was applied.
