Acq: Batch updater does not save circ mod to line items

Tested in current master (3.10+)

Using the batch updater in the new Angular purchase order does not write the circ modifier field to the line item.

To test:
1. Create a couple of circ mods (if on Concerto)
2. Create a blank PO
3. Create a brief record and add 1 copy, but with no circ mod
4. Use Actions>Batch Update Items on Selected Line Items to add a circ mod and save.
5. Note that the circ mod is not set
