Email / Print Full Records needs option for system (parent ou)

When emailing and printing full records from a basket or list in the OPAC, we can show the branch name, but not the system (parent_ou) name. PINES needs the system name because with ~300 branches, the names don't provide the patron enough information about where they are located (especially when the branch is named "Headquarters" or "Central Library").

Relevant action trigger templates:
 - biblio.record_entry.email.full
 - biblio.record_entry.print.full

The path to the system (at least for PINES) could either be obtained through the call number's owner or through the item's owner.

In the other action triggers I am able to flesh out the parent ou information I want using the Environment tab in the Notification Action Triggers interface, but this action trigger is set up differently and I've been unable to puzzle out any way to do that through the Environment tab - attempting to build upon "items" gives me data retrieval errors in the browser.

It may be possible that it can be done by modifying the "flesh_list" portion of the template, but it's unclear to me how to do that, so if it is possible to do it there, then some documentation would be helpful.

It's also possible that this may need changes to the Perl code in Reactor.pm, but I don't understand how the code works well enough to attempt that myself.
