Bug Description
Testing on a copy of our production 3.10 server.
When you load a larger PO, at first you get the loading bar to indicate that it's pulling up all the line items on the PO. Then the line items start to pop in one at a time. The bar to indicate that it's still loading in line items is at the *bottom* of the line item area.
So let's say you have 85 line items on your PO, and your rows is set to 100+. Line items start to stream in, and to know when it's done you have to continually keep scrolling your page down to see if the loading bar is still loading and when you've got everything loaded in.
My preference would be either of these two, probably #2 easier than the other:
1. Instead of streaming in line items, wait until everything's loaded and then pop them all in at once. So you'd get the initial loading bar, and then show a count beside the increasing loading bar as each line item is pulled in but don't actually populate them all until everything's retrieved.
2. Move the line item loading bar up to the PO Summary area so you don't have to scroll constantly to know if we're still pulling in line items to display. Having a count would be for extra credit. :)

This seems to do the trick.
