Bootstrap OPAC "My Account" link requires JavaScript

Bug Description

The default "My Account" navbar link on the Bootstrap OPAC invokes a JavaScript modal for the login. However, if JavaScript is not turned on or isn't available for some reason, the link just goes to the OPAC home page.

The OPAC should not require JavaScript for core functionality, so the "My Account" link should default to going to "/eg/opac/myopac/main", which will invoke the main login form sans modal. (When JavaScript is available, the modal can be used.)

Given that every single other action that causes a login ends up dropping users at /eg/opac/myopac/login I'm tempted to just jettison the entire pop-up modal login thing altogether and replace it with a link to /eg/opac/myopac/main or similar.

+1 to using the standard login screen instead of the modal.
