Bug Description

In the reporter you can add hints/documentation to filters (which displays when running a report) to help staff figure out what to enter for filter values.
On the Actions menu in the reporter this is referred to as Column Documentation. If you select that option the pop up that appears refers to it as a field hint.
Evergreen should use the same terminology in both places. There likely needs to be discussion around what is the preferred terminology and it may not be either of the current options.
Since this applies specifically to the filters maybe something like "Filter Hint" or "Filter Instruction" would make more sense.

I agree with Jennifer that the language used here should be consistent. I also agree that the text should make specific reference to "Filter", since "Column" probably has little meaning to most users. Either "Filter Hint" or "Filter Instruction" would work well here.
