Wishlist: Ability to customize statuses in "Mark Item As" Action menu

We had a request from a library to be able to "Mark Item As" statuses "Display" and "In Process" from the Actions menu.

There is also an open wishlist bug to add the "Cataloging" status here with a lot of great details that I won't repeat - LP Bug #1916077.

Since there are both cataloging and circ staff reasons for updating statuses quickly, it would be useful to be able to customize which statuses would appear in the "Mark Item As" actions submenu.

Perhaps the statuses could be controlled via a Library Setting.

I could see this manifesting as a generic action to "Mark Item As..." and presenting a pop-up where staff could choose from a pre-determined selection of statuses.

We would love to have the option to Mark an item as Display but have it be flexible it also desirable.
