Include Parent/Guardian data in Name Keyword Index

Hello, To make the au.guardian (Parent Guardian) data easier to access, we are including it in the name keyword index.

It seems to be a fairly simple change to add it to the actor.user_ingest_name_keywords() function.

We are rebranding/repurposing our guardian field to "Names associated with this account". The built in guardian search only seems to match on starts with logic.

We decided to just not use the name keyword fields to simplify things, otherwise this would be a bit redundant. Basically we are going to use the guardian field as the name keyword field.

I don't know if this will be generally useful at all, but I just wanted to share in case it is useful to anyone else.
