Bug Description
Evergreen 3.7 and 3.9
When deleting items via Item Status a pop up appears which shows the count of items and call numbers to be deleted. The call number count is always 0.
I suspect this is because Item Status is only actually deleting items. If you have the library setting "Delete volume with last copy" set to True then in some cases your call number will be deleted even if Item Status shows a count of 0.
The pop up should either take the setting "Delete volume with last copy" into account when calculating call number totals or the pop up should just show item counts.

Confirming, in 3.8 that, deleting an item from Item Status always displays "deleting # items and 0 call numbers".
Adding that similarly, in the title record > Holdings View, with Show Call Numbers and Show Copies checked, selecting the item record row > Delete Call Numbers and Items triggers a similar dialog "Delete 0 call numbers and # copies?"
Selecting the call number row > Delete Call Numbers and Items triggers the dialog "Delete # call numbers and # copies".
I agree that it is confusing to see the "0 call numbers" all the time, and that even when selecting a specific copy to delete, there should be some indication that the associated call number is also being deleted when there is only one item per call no and "Delete volume with last copy" is true.
