Bootstrap opac - navigation links in the copy table are incorrectly labeled on small screens

EG 3.9.0
On small screens the parts column is missing from the copy table in the Bootstrap opac.
Also, because the Previous, Next, and Show more copies links are incorporated as cells of the table, on small screens they are labeled as Library and Call Number.

I'm going to open up another bug report for the missing parts column in small screens. I think the Bootstrap opac display of tables on small screens needs a bit more work in general.
