Bug Description
We would like to be able to email patrons a list of items checked out, or their bill. Currently, the only email option is for a checkout receipt, hold notifications, and due date reminders.

Currently, on the Patron Items out and Bills screens, there are options under the Actions menu to print selected checkouts/bills. It sounds like what's needed is an additional option on these action menus to email selected checkouts/bills.
Also adding links to related bugs to generate periodic checkouts/bills emails using action triggers:
