Bug Description
This work is being funded by Pioneer Library System.
Equinox is working on a feature to permit an Evergreen administrator to specify redaction or overwritten output on SIP fields.
-- Each variable-length SIP field can be marked as redacted or have an override value configured
-- In SIP Server, redactions and / or overwrites will be configurable on a per-Institution basis
-- In SIP2Mediator, redactions and / or overwrite will be configurable using SIP settings groups
Public branch forthcoming after partner testing.

For SIPServer support:
squashed: https:/ /git.evergreen- ils.org/ ?p=working/ SIPServer. git;a=shortlog; h=refs/ heads/collab/ phasefx/ sip-redaction- squashed /git.evergreen- ils.org/ ?p=working/ SIPServer. git;a=shortlog; h=refs/ heads/collab/ phasefx/ sip-redaction- squashed
more granular scratchwork: https:/
This actually doesn't require any changes in Evergreen, so I've opened a SIPServer specific bug here: https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/sipserver/ +bug/1989481
However, for SIP2Mediator support, I suggest we keep this bug open for that.
The SIP2Mediator support depends on https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/sipserver/ +bug/1989481
and https:/ /git.evergreen- ils.org/ ?p=working/ Evergreen. git;a=shortlog; h=refs/ heads/collab/ phasefx/ sipmredaction- wip
which depends on https:/ /git.evergreen- ils.org/ ?p=working/ Evergreen. git;a=shortlog; h=refs/ heads/collab/ phasefx/ sipmbackend- wip
which is referenced on bug 1901930
So to put in English, the SIP Filters branch needs to be merged into the SIPServer project, and my SIP Filters branch for Evergreen needs to be merged with Bill's SIP2Mediator branch, and that branch needs to be merged into Evergreen. So, no pullrequest yet. :D
