Bug Description

Evergreen 3.9 - BOOPAC
Chrome

When you apply filters to a search the filters kind of randomly float above your results and are out of alignment with each other. The filters should be grouped together and in alignment.

A proposed patch is at https://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=working/Evergreen.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/user/gcollum/lp1980302-bootstrap-applied-filters-display-oddly

While working on this I also discovered the if you apply the location filter that the display of this applied filter did not have a label, or an 'OR' separator if more than one location is selected. The proposed patch also fixes this issue.

I sign off on this bug fix. The filters display in a lovely format. See attached for an example (browser is in dark reader mode).
