Bug Description
Evergreen 3.9 - BOOPAC
Chrome
When you apply filters to a search the filters kind of randomly float above your results and are out of alignment with each other. The filters should be grouped together and in alignment.

A proposed patch is at https:/ /git.evergreen- ils.org/ ?p=working/ Evergreen. git;a=shortlog; h=refs/ heads/user/ gcollum/ lp1980302- bootstrap- applied- filters- display- oddly
While working on this I also discovered the if you apply the location filter that the display of this applied filter did not have a label, or an 'OR' separator if more than one location is selected. The proposed patch also fixes this issue.
