Bootstrap - Buttons on two line in Current Items On Hold

With My Account if you go to X Holds / X Ready -> Items on Hold the three buttons available for the interface are on two separate lines. The Cancel button should be on the same line as the Suspend and Activate buttons.

The Cancel button does not pop up to the first line if you adjusting your screen size. The Activate button will go to its own line on a smaller screen which is the desired behaviour.
