OPAC - My Account -> Messages text is tiny and long messages don't display well

When you go into view a message via My Account -> Messages the text of the actual message is very small in comparison to the rest of the text on the page. Additionally, if the message is long a horizontal scroll bar appears.

The message should be bigger and the message itself should wrap if it's a longer message.

The message display is ok - the font size looks similar to other texts, the message is easy to read even if it is longer.

I sign off on this bug fix. The text is more consistent with the font sizes of the other parts of the message.

The proposed patch would create a regression on bug 1927990. Specifically, messages with line breaks would have the line breaks get squashed away.

I have pushed a counter-proposal to user/gmcharlt/lp1980142_style_opac_message for consideration.

Not sure if this is directly related to this patch, but I started to test this on terran-master.gapines.org as part of Bug Squashing Week, and I get an Internal Server Error when trying to access https://terran-master.gapines.org/eg/opac/myopac/messages.

All the other My Account pages work fine, it's just the Messages interface, which made me think it could be related to this patch.

The size of the font looks fine to me. The wrapping of a long message is working.
