OPAC - Account Preferences -> Personal Information Header Doesn't Match

In My Account the heading for the Personal Information page is currently "Account Information and Preferences". For consistency this should be "Personal Information Preferences" or the menu option should be updated to "Account Information".

The headers for the other three Preference pages match what displays on the menu.

(This is the case in both TPAC and BOOPAC).

Here's a branch! I also converted "Account Information and Preferences" to "Personal Information Preferences" in the translation files, too.

The translation files get built by a separate process and don't need to be updated individually in git - can you please change this branch to remove those?
