Holds Detail Page - Notes and Staff Notifications pop-ups come pre-filled with previous

Go to a record -> View Holds and click on a hold to go to the Hold Details screen. From here you can add a new note and/or add a record of notification.

Once you've added a note if you click New Note again, without leaving the page, the new note pop-up appears pre-populated with the text from your last note. (The same thing happens when adding a record of notification.) You have to navigate away from the Hold Details screen (even just go to a different tab in the record) for the pop-up to come up with empty fields.
