Bug Description
It would be cool if patrons and staff the ability to rate certain materials in the OPAC. The activity metric functionality could be leveraged to show ratings on the bib record and when sorting search results by popularity or popularity adjusted relevance.
There would need to be settings to enable or disable this feature (particularly the patron portion) per branch or system.
