Bug Description

Paraphrased from a discussion at the Circulation Interest Group at the 2022 Conference:

Is it possible to move the patron's address under the name at the top of the screen? It displays at the bottom of the sidebar, so it is necessary to scroll to the bottom to confirm the address.
