Bug Description

Affects Angular staff client
In systems with very large numbers of pre-cat items loading the Holdings View for the pre-cat bib in the staff client will request a fleshed copy of every pre-cat in your system, to the tune of approximately 1G of ram used for each 50k copies. Until bug 1974195 is committed that huge pcrud drone will also stick around for prolonged periods just sitting on that ram.
Because there's nothing productive you can do with that record's holdings view anyway (you can't merge the bib or transfer the call number, and you presumably have a pre-cat item barcode handy at this point...) the client should just ignore any attempts to do this. Branch on the way.
