Publication Year Filter Fields Out of Alignment

Evergreen 3.8 and 3.9

The Publication Year filter fields are slightly out of alignment on Advanced Search in Bootstrap. The Year field is a couple millimeters below the other field. All the other fields and buttons on the page are in alignment with each other so this one being out really stands out.

I added 5px of top margin to the <select> dropdown.
