Bug Description
Evergreen 3.8.0
In the "Associate brief record" tab within the "Course materials" tab after you add a brief record and click "Add materials" the Title, Uniform Resource Identifier, and Link text fields disappear. This means you have to refresh the page if you want to associate an additional brief record.
