Bug Description
Evergreen 3.8.0
The library org selector in Administration -> Local Administration -> Course Reserves List isn't sticky.
This means that multi-branch libraries are continually having to re-select the org unit and the ancestor/descendant checkbox if they are doing course at the system level or for a branch other than the one they are logged into.
