Wishlist: Alert Staff when checking out only copy available for hold

An optional setting that would create an alert message when staff are checking out the only available copy needed to fill a hold to a patron that does not have it on hold.

For example: patron y places a hold from home, shows up on pull list. Patron x is browsing in the library, picks the book off the shelf before staff get to it, brings it to the desk to be checked out. The alert message notifies staff that this copy is needed for a hold. They can choose to override it and circulate to the patron who got to it first.

Currently, an alert message only pops up when a staff member tries to check out an item that is currently on the holds' shelf for another patron.
