Bug Description
Wish List: When viewing and/or reporting on org unit settings change history, it would be really nice to track the staff user that made the change.
This would help with troubleshooting and follow-up training when settings are updated incorrectly.

Marking Confirmed. Looks like a new field for the staff user would need to be added to config.
