Bug Description
The Angular configuration interface for hard due dates has a regression on bug 1178802: ceiling dates are entered with their time set to 00:00:00. Instead either,
* the ceiling date should have its time set to 23:59:59 in the client time zone (matching the fix for bug 1178802)
or
* a date + time input should be used in the Angular interface
