Angular FYE should show list of funds in dry run

In the new Angular fund administration screens, when doing a dry run for fiscal propagation and rollover, we do not get a list of what rolls over.

There is a summary that includes the number of funds propagated and how much money/encumbrances will be rolled over.

However, the Dojo interface would show a list of the funds that would be propagated and/or rolled over. It did *not* show the amounts (it should have though). But at least you were able to confirm which funds would be propagated.

Once you process a real FYE there's no turning it back, so we should be able to see exactly what will happen, not just a summary.

So this bug is to:
1. Remove the rollover summary. Grid should be redrawn with a warning header that the changes are not saved.
2. Show a list of funds that will be propagated to the next fiscal year in the same grid as normal, not another type of interface (e.g. not a text list in a modal or something).
3. Show the amounts that will be rolled over to the next fiscal year as both encumbrances and unspent money (if applicable).
