Wish List - Add ability to hide legal name fields on preferred name tab

Wish List:

It would be nice to have an option on the preferred name tab to hide a particular legal name field from display and printing rather than just overwriting it.

For instance, Patrick Joseph Smith might go by Joe Smith. If you just add Joe in the preferred first name field, then the display will read Joe Joseph Smith.

I'm not sure of a good way to approach it, but the first thing that comes to mind would be a "Do not display" field next to each of the preferred name fields, so if it were checked next to the preferred middle name then the display would just read Joe Smith.

Of course, this would entail not just adding the checkboxes, but also updating the code that references the name fields everywhere in the staff client, print templates, OPAC, self-check, action triggers, etc.
