Feature Request: Batch load to User Buckets

I would like to see a feature similar to the one for the Item Status screen. That would be the ability to batch load patrons into the user bucket screen from a CSV file which could be generated from a report.

Sometimes it might be necessary to batch edit a group of patrons and it is monotonous doing this via the patron search screen.

In a user bucket, at least in version 3.7 and a few versions prior, if you go to the 'Pending Users' tab, there is the ability to upload a file of user barcodes. You can then use the Actions menu to move those patrons to a bucket.

Garry, thank you this worked great. It would be nice though to have an import button on the bucket tab though.

Now I remember seeing that got it confused with the pending Patrons Screen in the Circulation menu. I thought if I loaded barcodes in there it might muck up the other screen.

It would also be valuable to be able to batch load by patron ID rather than barcode
