Bug Description
Sometimes Acquisitions staff want a quick review of a fund's Fund Details > Summary without having to run a report. The current summary view provides details in an order that is hard coded, with elements and in an order that does not make sense.
Being able to select columns to display, and set the display order would alleviate a lot of confusion.
In 3.6, there is a non-configurable grid in the order:
Fund ID | Name | Code | Currency Type | Owner | Balance | Total Allocated | Spent Balance | Total Debits | Total Spent | Total Encumbered
In 3.8, there is a non-configurable pop-up, with two columns:
Code | Name
Fund ID | Year
Owner | Currency Type
Combined Balance | Allocation Total
Spent Balance | Debit Total
Spent Total | Encumbrance Total
In both cases, this order does not make semantic or mathematical sense, for example Balance before Allocations before debits, when a more meaningful order would be allocations, debits, balance, as:
Allocation - Debit Total = (Combined) Balance, and Spent Total + Encumbrance Total = Debit Total
But, Allocation - Spent Total = Spent Balance???
