EG version 3.7 +
Prior to the web client serials interface, staff had the ability to import and/or directly enter JSON for the Serials Pattern. In the Web Client, the UI is missing this option. Staff must either use the Pattern Wizard or have someone enter JSON at the database level. The ability for staff to directly enter code was a nice advantage and part of the collaborative efforts within the EG community.
