Bug Description
I thought that there was an existing bug for this already, but I may have been thinking of the discussion on bug 1873322.
The org-family-select should have the ability to be sticky. Library plus the ancestor/descendent boxes should both be included.
Including tags for acq and acq-funds, because this is particularly troublesome in the new Angular funds interface because the selector keeps reverting back to workstation OU and you're frequently changing it to what you actually want.

+1 to the org-family-select being sticky. This is definitely a usability issue for acquisitions fund administration for any library that has more than one org unit since you're constantly having to change it back to what you want.
