Browse search shouldn't use jump to setting

In 3.8

When searching in browse, jump to details (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1912852) opens the record rather than a list with one record, thus the new step through headings are lost (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1904788). Returning to the browse screen is problematic -- users have to either use the browser back button to navigate back (which often adds multiple instances of the catalog record and search tabs) or redo the browse search.

Preference would be for browse searching not to use the jump to details setting.
