Bug Description
Evergreen version: 3.5.3 upgrading to 3.7.2
PostgreSQL version: 10
While running an upgrade from 3.5.3 to 3.7.2, the script spent over 20 hours on the partial reingest for the 1252 DB upgrade script. The reingest can be greatly sped up (down to 6 minutes from 20+ hours in my example) by using the SQL at this Pastebin; https:/
