Bug Description
3.8, probably other versions.
Minor usability issue:
In several (all?) of the newer Angular interfaces, the mouse pointer will change to the link pointer (finger pointer) when it hovers over any button, even if that button is inactive. This could lead users to erroneously think the inactive button is clickable.
In contrast, the older AngularJS interfaces would change the mouse cursor to a "no" / prohibition symbol when mousing over an inactive button.
Ideally, the link pointer will only show when hovering over an active clickable button.
