Bug Description
Testing on 3.8 with production data.
In the new funds interface, if you click on a fund name to open the fund details so you can see debits/
On the face of it, this doesn't seem that problematic. But with production data, where one of my libraries has 200+ funds in a fiscal year, reloading each time you click into a particular fund becomes a time sink really quickly. For this particular library, with the grid set at 100 rows, it took 20 seconds to reload the grid. I bumped the rows down to 50, and it still took 18 seconds.

Continues to be an issue in 3.9.
It took 27 seconds for it to fully reload the grid of 100 rows for me for a library that has 163 funds.
