Bug Description

Circulation > Item Status
1. Scan item barcode you'd like to replace
2. Under the Actions menu, select Replace Barcode
3. Scan the new item barcode that should replace the old one.
If there is a duplicate barcode in the system, replacing the barcode silently fails.
